TOD - Stream Sports & Movies

I paid to have access to the euros matches and f1. It keeps saying content not available. I’ve never watched a match or a game for the last 3 months of subscribing. No customer care, AI bot is useless

Paid years subscription and they won’t let me watch the TV. Every time you open your browser it logs it as a new device. So you’ll see safari 5 times then on 5th time of opening it says device limit reached. Then to add insult to injury you can’t remove more than one device per 30 days. So I have paid to waych euros and now I can’t watch it. Terrible product and no support on this. Do not buy this product it doesn’t work. By the way technical team at TOD a browser session is not a device the hardware is. I can’t believe Apple let this app on their App Store especially as they are usually so picky about what apps they let on. I have paid $300 for years subscription and I can’t even watch the euros, I feel totally ripped off. Please Beware buyers!!!

As an English-speaking subscriber… As an English-speaking subscriber watching the Euros, paid almost GBP150 and certain games are Arabic only. The support replies sound like robots. Not happy. Misleading

Tod is absolutely rubbish. The streaming app for smart TVs has had absolutely no UI UX effort put in at all. The app for computers and other devices simply doesn’t work. The ai-chatbot support is the only support option and it is rubbish. Absolutely everything about Tod is rubbish and if you live in this region and want to watch any global sport at all this absolute junk is your only legitimate option. I paid $135 for the Event pass so I can watch the Euro 2024 matches. It worked for one night. The next day it starts telling me I don’t have access to the content. Even though I paid for it and was able to watch it the previous day! And there is no meaningful customer service. The ai-chatbot is the stupidest implementation I’ve ever seen, and the emails from the “support” team make no real effort to understand if the problem is on their side. Rubbish. Rubbish. Rubbish.

I bought the Euro bundle and paid 250$ for it and I still cannot watch the matches. Horrible app with no customer support possibility

Shocking. Had to delete my account because it wouldn’t allow me to subscribe to Euro 2024 despite being sent the code by TOD. Rubbish App. Do not bother with it. Waste of time. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star

I have a TOD 4k subscription primarily to watch Formula 1, this App and service is not fit for purpose (on any device, not just iOS). There is no 4k quality stream available for F1 on any device (AppleTV, Samsung TV, etc) if you are watching live. The only 4k F1 stream is the race but ONLY if you want to watch later, not live. Often the programmes are only released with Arabic language and there are no English language versions showing (live or pre-recorded). For English language they are taking a stream from Sky, therefore it should be a really simple process to take their stream, compress it and push it out. Why can’t TOD do this in 4k? I have emailed customer support and just get generic “have you tried rebooting your device” or “please reinstall the application”.

I subscribe from the UK, but the app doesn't work for me after they take the money. I tried to contact customer service. Unfortunately, I don't have one because they have AI answering our questions. They should ask us where we live before making the payment.
