Have to scroll down again and again after each tick. It’s a pain when there’s a long list of answers to tick. Please fix. Then I start a flash survey twice and it says Error Something is broken Sorry This survey is full. Try again.

Just lately nearly all of the longer surveys >20mins crash at the end. The time taken to do the survey is often more than it states. Support used to be helpful but now they are dismissive. The only plus is that the payout is relatively quick from request

App crashes after a few surveys. Do not download not work your time.

When I finally made enough points to be worth cashing out a voucher, I logged in to find my membership was suddenly invalid and I had lost everything. When I emailed customer support to ask what happened I was sent an automatic response on how to sign up, with a subject line saying my inquiry had been solved. Wasted heaps of time on this app lol

Signed up, spent an hour doing surveys. The following morning I opened the app to find that I had been logged out, and that my credentials were supposedly invalid. Was told by customer support that my account had been suspended, and no reason could be given other than that I violated the terms/conditions. I answered all survey/sign up questions completely honestly and accurately. I guess they don’t want people doing their surveys?

Don’t use this! I signed up, gave all my details, filled in my profile, and then they locked me out of my account before I even did a survey due to “ongoing issues with account activity” but they won’t give me a legitimate reason. They just got all my info and locked me out! Very shady!

I log on daily and every time I try and do a survey, a couple minutes in and it say I am not compatible. Isn’t that why I filled out all my info? This has been happening for months, I get more surveys failing than ones working. Some help would be nice, if able.

I did a 60 minute survey and it said I would earn 30000 credits, when I completed the credits weren’t there, time wasted

I spent nearly 20 minutes on a survey which was supposed to be 15 minutes. Then when I finished an “error occurred”. Apparently it was the “company and not me”. Waste of my time, do not recommend to anyone unless you want to get annoyed
