The app was working fine and getting lots of surveys and points. Then for some reason it kept saying my profile didn’t fit every time I clicked on a survey. Tried accessing through my browser and it just kept saying no surveys available! Customer service said it’s something to do with my IP address but have done everything they suggested but to no avail. Plus I still have lots of outstanding points. As an aside I can still accumulate points from daily polls.

I do not recommend at all. I has spent lots of time here, managed to get enough points for a voucher. They had have the cheek to delete my account and accuse me of being fraudulent. Waste of time, try a better survey company.

Just started with Taluna and can’t access any surveys due to ‘unsuitability’

At first I got loads of surveys but after finally completing all the profile questions for them, I now get almost nothing. Every click results in a your not right for this survey. Basically it seems your better off not completing the profile questions. Also unsure why the rewards for vouchers I can afford (eg. 5 pound Amazon vouchers)are suddenly not selectable. The next level for Amazon vouchers is 35 pounds!

Seems a mega amount of points required to get a cash out on PayPal

Graet survey, mainly based on Amazon but that’s fine as I’m a big fan 👍

I’ve used this app for 2 years now and I’ve redeemed the £35 PayPal 42 times. This mixed with other smaller survey sites makes a big difference to a full time wage. It’s one of the easier sites, if you do x5 bigger surveys you can withdraw £35 twice a month. Highly recommend

You use to get some nice surveys and now they just doesnt work. They lie about how long survey will be, sometimes in the middle of survey it shut down for no reason. Ive tried a few times longest , like one hour I never get money for it. No short ones.

It’s very difficult to get support to cash in rewards.

Every survey I do is always one that’s for 3,500 points and takes 5 mins i go through the qualifying process and every time it says your browser isn’t compatible to Complete the survey yet I’m using an iPhone 15 pro max ? The latest iPhone doesn’t have a compatible browser to compete a survey on your app ? I have to close down that survey it then won’t let me even try another survey until the next day ! Sort it out toluna and update your app to be compatible
