on my first time accumulating points exchange i was excited to exchange it to paypal money, jan. 5, 2025. up until now typing this review i haven't received my points yet, it says processing. I have reached out customer service but they always say that it's solved but nothing happens.

3 weeks waiting for 250 pesos? What a joke! First days of participation has a lot of surveys. Now months already and still no surveys.. they keep saying, “its us, not you” “you won’t believe it but we don’t have surveys for now” 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I think this is the worst survey app ever. Crediting of reward is very delay. The reward I redeemed was already 6 weeks ago, but I haven’t received it. They just keep on saying to be patient. How can you be so patient in waiting for a supposed to be 3 weeks TAT to be credited, which is now more than 6 weeks of waiting!

its been a month but 2 of my reward did not transfer to my paypal!

Update: I received my rewards although it’s kinda bit of late I hope you are true to your commitment as 3weeks but anyway thankyou.

This app is really paying you for making survey or some of the task it really helps me in my financial situation
