Muy mala experiencia

La verdad que es una app súper mala a demás Elva envicio es pésimo y no lo recomiendo.

Awful, we were 20 people waiting for the bus, the Google maps of the website said that in the louvre plaza, also the email said that it will wait for us in there, half an hour later a worker arrived saying that he was there all the time waiting and that the bus pass outside of the plaza (in te street in the sena river) then he said that there was a paper in the “toot bus” sign where we were waiting (there wasn’t a paper), after that he said that he wasn’t able to communicate with the bus driver, then that we should trie call the manager, we tried, all the 20 tried, but the number closed at 20:00 and the service was a 21:00 so it’s awful. TERRIBLE

El autobús no llegó a donde debía a 5 minutos después de que el autobús se fuera llegó una persona que diciendo qué pasó afuera de la estación pero en realidad nunca llegó muy mala experiencia dejaron a 20 pasajeros esperando

Me encanto la forma en como narran las historias del recorrido! Y el servicio muy bueno!

El servicio de este autobús turístico es una basura, no cumplen ningún horario, las paradas son irregulares, los conductores son groseros además de no solicitar nada, en fin nada recomendable una verdadera basura. This is a very bad Service they never arrive or depart on time from the stations the bus stays for more than 15 minutes on each stop the drivers arent corteous at all, to resume this is the most horrible bus tour y hace ever taken.

Your stop information on the app and on the general map is wrong for Gare du nord. For tourists, it incredibly frustrating to plan your entire day around a tour bus that doesn’t stop for lost guests. First we walked to the stop Republique. Today is July 28 so the stop according to your website was working. After waiting 25 minutes, we had our friend call and sure enough, the stop was not available today. Why wasn’t that info communicated? Terrible service. So our group of 10, including an 84 year old, took the metro to Gare du nord. We got lost inside the huge train station, finally made our exit, and then walked to the stop on your map. Wrong again! The toot bus drove right past us even though we were at the stop indicated by your map and app. Reaching our limits, we were about to request a refund, when another bus came along. That kind bus driver stopped. It was not the right stop but since he was kind he let us on the bus. Just after, we passed the tootbust stop just up the road in the wrong spot according to your map! Guessing is not fun when you’re making you’re way around a new city with a group of 10. Not a good experience. At all.
