Het is handig om de stad te zien. Alleen heel moeilijk om een busstop te vinden. Moet duidelijker aangegeven worden.

The whole situation with these guys is, they knew that You buy Your ticket online, what happens at the moment that we Wil step oN the bus, they told us to go to another place, to step up, zo we did, we went to the place so we can step up on the bus they told us to go back at the stand/ step up place, I was really furrious and angry at the guy he told me go to another place before, The second are really bad experians about these TooT tour guys,, I bought ticket for 3 days tour these was including the Cruise but the way ting for the bus is really long, sometimes You don’t see them at all and suddenly there was 4 or 5 at the same time, Your client is waiting for those kind of sistem that call hop oN & hop Off but the planning is just horrible, I would not recomand these tour guys to anyone that try to use these company,,,

Ik was in Brussel en had een Tootbus ticket gekocht. Na bezoek Europarlement wilde ik de bus locatie weten. Bij het activeren van de Tootbus app bevroor m’n iPhone en was niet meer tot leven te krijgen. Pas toen m’n telefoon in energiebespaar modus ging, kon ik m’n iPhone ontgrendelen en de Tootbus app afsluiten.

Your stop information on the app and on the general map is wrong for Gare du nord. For tourists, it incredibly frustrating to plan your entire day around a tour bus that doesn’t stop for lost guests. First we walked to the stop Republique. Today is July 28 so the stop according to your website was working. After waiting 25 minutes, we had our friend call and sure enough, the stop was not available today. Why wasn’t that info communicated? Terrible service. So our group of 10, including an 84 year old, took the metro to Gare du nord. We got lost inside the huge train station, finally made our exit, and then walked to the stop on your map. Wrong again! The toot bus drove right past us even though we were at the stop indicated by your map and app. Reaching our limits, we were about to request a refund, when another bus came along. That kind bus driver stopped. It was not the right stop but since he was kind he let us on the bus. Just after, we passed the tootbust stop just up the road in the wrong spot according to your map! Guessing is not fun when you’re making you’re way around a new city with a group of 10. Not a good experience. At all.

Waste

After our first stop I realized I had lost my tickets. The representative there recognized us and tried to get us reticketed. He even rode the bus with us as he got things straightened out. His name is Junaid Palwavy and deserves an award. He saved our day

Ride started off on a good note. Using the app helped find out first stop. Enjoyed the sights from the top level. Didn’t make it through the whole yellow bus line but was on the bus 90 minutes longer than the expect full tour. No assistance at any of the stops. Struggled to find where to catch the cruise as well. The host on the cruise was great. Ended up having to take the tube to many of our destinations because the stops were move and no directions to get to the new stops. 45 minutes or more to wait for a bus. Also the drivers were back tracking past attractions we had already seen to get to new destinations. Overall a huge disappointment especially for the cost.

It does not open on my Iphone. Please repair it. Thanks.

They don’t have as many buses as other companies so you have to wait forever to be picked up. They horrible waste of money

Toot has the absolute least amount of buses. Waiting more than 45 minutes for a bus. Top View comes every 10 minutes. I wish I could get a refund and go with the other company. Do not buy Toot!
