Big Bus Tours

Paris: wrong map and the route, buses are not identified, gps of buses on the map is incorrect, no useful information if you click on the bus icon (always unavailable info). No use of the app.

It was a nice drive and boat trip. We had to plan our day very good and enjoued the trips.

We went to London for a couple of days and used the Big Bus Tours, every single employee is very helpfull and kind. We had a wheelchair as well and they all help you to get in and out the bus. I recommend the 2 or 3 day ticket because that’s included with the river cruise! After all great service and very nice employees!

App crashes at start

Can't use it. It keeps crashing.

They made us wait 1.5 hours and we got stuck in traffic cause they kept making us wait and they gave no refunds and the 130$ for the boat Tour was not Worth it and they did not let us down the stairs to warm up and we where not moving the whole thing was 4:30-8:00 it sucked

BigBus London. App is fine for route planning, but real time bus info is useless. Ended up having to switch to public transportation, making the fee for BigBus a complete waste of money.

The app is not particularly intuitive. It was hard to see the sight markers because the bus icons were in the way. The maps that the bus driver handed out could have a little more information. The driver passed the first stop before everyone could figure out what was happening. Several on the bus had wanted the first stop. The audio took 4 stops to sink up with the where the bus was. Also 90 degrees and no air conditioning. 🥵

No a/c. WiFi didn’t work 4 hours into the tour around London. Drivers were nice. London was packed. Drivers were amazing with all the traffic
