Batteries don’t last long enough Asks you to continue using “data connection” before answering - this adds a delay to answering the door. When you answer the app you get a load of adverts before you can skip to answer - another delay. Then it’s slow to connect, by this point the person has simply gone. Wish I never ripped out my wired old school doorbell. Remove the adverts, remove the notification of data use, make the connection faster and it would be much better. The actual speak and video function are fine when it’s working.

But the app needs some serious updating, I can’t even tell when the battery is full, the battery indicator just stays on recharging mode, it did this for 24hrs. The battery indicator sometimes disappears so you also can’t tell how much power is left in the battery. Some setting I cannot access which is weird.

Unhelpful instructions Constant problems A well written thoughtful manual would work wonders In the meantime shop elsewhere

Are they’re any new updates as not working

The annoying advert that pops up everytime I open it is really frustrating. Why choose to make an advert that you have to physically clear before opening your doorbell? Other than that not a bad app

With the camera you need to keep plugged into power 24/7, batteries only last a while then you would be up and down a ladder changing them constantly,at first after all gb on memory card was used it used to reset itself, after update it stopped doing this so have to do it manually, is good camera and app when it works, i live urban so very busy street, have caught few things happening that shouldnt be.

Adverts appear at the beginning when trying to view somebody at the door. These few seconds are crucial, and by the time the adverts finish, the person has got fed up with waiting and gone away

every time i open the app i get an advert witch lasts about 10 seconds then i get the spinning wheel but never actually loads up the camera/ door bell

The cheeky buggers have started putting advertisements in the app lasting 5 seconds. It already takes ages to connect so it takes even long now. Well it did but not now it’s in the bin! Totally not fit for purpose absolutely rubbish.
