One of the best apps ever! So easy to use.

Really good though getting a bit expensive these days.

This app never reminds you when your monthly card offer expires which means you can easily miss your ‘free’ card for that month. They could just send you a monthly reminder…… but they don’t. Update: Despite their response telling me I receive monthly reminders to use the credits, I never did. Hence I cancelled this membership and whilst trying to use up my remaining monthly postcards, they cut off my account so I couldn’t use the credit. Email to customer service and ambiguous responses, no one is dealing with the credit I’m owed. Disappointing- this is why I cancelled the subscription. SUBSCRIBE WITH CAUTION.

I ordered 8 thanks you cards around 26 June. There was a slight delay as I made an error but I then rectified it. I bought the cards. Paid 26£. Only 2 so far have been received. 4 supposedly are sent but not received and 2 have never been sent. Have written so many messages but zero support or anyone to contact. It’s a disgrace

Excellent excellent easy to use

This is a great convenient app. However before you consider a membership take a careful look at the cost. Although you are told you are given FREE cards you actually pay for them and if you don’t use them, you loose them, no refund. Plus your cards are time dependent, so if you don’t want to send a card just before they expire, hard cheese.

I have used TouchNote for several years now to send postcards when travelling but less over the last year as all the fun bits (stamps, map of the location) are now only available if you take out a membership and that makes it more expensive. It was a brilliant way to send cards but I’m not sure I’ll use it again once my credits are used up.
