Order never delivered, no progress at all, keep making you create a new one but will never get to the receiver.

I ordered a card but it never came to the address. Not even responding to my tickets. Frustrated!

I sent many times but it won’t come to the right place , waited for more than two weeks. Not just once but 3 times 🙄

Love this app but there are still some bugs - such as access to photos for stamps and the submit button when choosing addresses. Otherwise it’s great

TouchNote is a fantastic app for sending customized cards and postcards to family and friends. The app itself is so easy, and the product offering is so brilliant.

The App doesn’t open for me anymore. No doubt deleting it will mean all my previous cards and saved addresses will be lost. You support a business for years and years and then they shaft you, just in time for Christmas
