I keep loosing my account details very irritating
Ive been a member for many years and love the app but I keep loosing my account and I log in and all my credits (I had 4 left ) disappear as do my drafts and past shipments .😢

Nice app, really nice postcards but the app is buggy and also huge. Need to delete it to free up space after every use
If you have no issues with your order, then great. God forbid you have the slightest issue, because customer service will not be of any help. Happened last year, happened this year. Definitely not using it again.
The app is very cool, customer service is also really responsive. I put four stars because I believe having to cancel subscription through a computer is deceitful and is nonsensical, why can’t I ca del by phone the same way I was able to register by phone. They also say gold membership is 9,99 but they charged me 12,99€
It’s a nice way to stay in touch with your loved ones, especially in corona times because you can do it from home. Great customer service with quick response time and generous help. I have only used it twice till now, but I am happy to use it more in the future.
Nice app! Would be nice to see a preview of the card before paying and having a tracking number. Nevertheless, will use it again. Thank you! X

I’ve been carged 39,99€ for a silver membership that was automatically enabled. My fault was to not disable this while I’m on trial period, but anyway, this is a bad practice. End the trial and ask i want to pay to becone a member, but don’t do that automatic. You’re pick-pockets
