Touchpix - Photo & Video Booth

Hello, we have noticed after touchpix web displayed that WhatsApp sharing is not available for now, but after then, it wasn’t on the web again, making us believe that it has been rectified, but our client keeps complaining that they do not receive sms notifications of their video download link on, and we’re paying very much for subscription. Please fix it.

I’d give it 0 stars if this was an option after the update I can’t tell you how many times the app crashed or plain out didn’t let me even make an event. Customer service can’t help. There are plenty other options I rather get. What a waste of money especially since I pay yearly and depend on this income. I’ve lost over 10 events due to the app malfunctioning and plain out refusing to work. Don’t stress if you don’t have too don’t get this app

4 year user here. Don’t get me wrong, this is great software. The app does what it needs to do 90% of the time, and has some great features. Though the quality of the videos just isn’t to my standards. No matter your video/render settings, it still comes out grainy to an extent. If this was fixed then I’d give 4 stars, but they just aren’t as HD as the stock iPhone Camera app. The price is also unethically expensive in my opinion. Maybe have a sale once in a while, or give away some free weeks to loyal customers. This price gouging is just wrong though.

I started off loving this app, but they do so many updates and no one is here to truly give you tutorials on how to use it after you do a update. It’s just so frustrating. I’m so upset right now behind this app. It’s messing up my event and there’s no way to fix itnow I have to give back a client money because I can produce what I normally produce out of using this app. The subscription cost too much to be dealing with such a big inconvenience.

I just renewed for the 3rd year. It is now crashing and I can’t speak with anyone in customer service. This is just awful!

There so many kool features on the app but unless you contact support with an idea you have and would like to know if Touchpix supports this feature, you will feel like a fish out of water. Liking the app so far once I get help and support

$50 per week is unreal. What if you’re only doing 1 event per week?

Take us back to the old user interface that worked. This new user interface update is filled with glitches and ruined your app!!

I don’t know what is the issue with this app, but my last event was a really bad. App stop working or don’t move forward. I have to close the app multiple time to be able to do anything. And today even with old version, I still have the same problem. This make me or anyone going through this unprofessional and can make us lost future or prospect customers. Please we need this fix asap.

Ruined my event with the auto update confusion. Plus the preview screen is cutoff so it’s hard to guess the perfect framing of the people.
