I don’t know what is the issue with this app, but my last event was a really bad. App stop working or don’t move forward. I have to close the app multiple time to be able to do anything. And today even with old version, I still have the same problem. This make me or anyone going through this unprofessional and can make us lost future or prospect customers. Please we need this fix asap.
Ruined my event with the auto update confusion. Plus the preview screen is cutoff so it’s hard to guess the perfect framing of the people.
I’ve been using Touchpix for about a year now and I’ve managed to use it well. The only thing I dislike is that when I use my GoPro, it doesn’t load the overlay or takes forever. Sometimes it disconnects and it’s annoying. My big issue now is the QR scan every time before recording. It wasn’t like that before. I wish it was disabled or taken away.

I enjoy Touchpix but I am curious on why there isn’t an option to make an overlay and have the music that is playing at the event in the video
I’ve been using this all for a little over 3 year’s and it has only gotten better and better, the updates are useful and they really listen to the community and support the users.

I have been using Touchpix for 2 years and I love this software. They are always updating to improve or offer something new. It is easy, user friendly. Most issues are user issuer for those that don't invest time to learn software to properly troubleshoot or even learn how to navigate. I consider Touchpix the best and very reasonable for all we get.
Spent hours for multiple days trying to use this app and set up my event, it’s extremely difficult to use and in the end did not work. Ended up using TikTok for the event last minute after I had another person try to figure it out and they couldn’t. Then I was charged another $49.99 a week later even though I couldn’t even use the app the first time and did not purchase another week. I asked for a refund on the second week and they denied me that. So essentially $100 and hours of mine and another persons time for NOTHING. Terrible app.
