Touchpix - Photo & Video Booth

Very disappointed with this app. After reading 100s of reviews and watching countless videos on YouTube, I decided to pay extra and go with Touchpix for my 360 photobooth. My first event was very easy to set up and everything seemed great. To my disappointment videos would not load to the online gallery and I could not close my event in the app. I was unable to share online gallery with my client. Luckily, I selected option to save all videos to my phone so was able to send them individually to my client which you can imagine was rather time consuming. After having a look on various 360 booth platforms it would appear I wasn’t the only one with this problem. Would definitely avoid this app in the future.

See I like Touchpix it’s very professional look wise it’s just not compatible with social media which is so weird to me as that’s what most people use it for, I guarantee your videos will be blurry once post on social media they claim it’s because the clamp down the quality but other software like dzentec it’s always clear when posted on socials and it’s a great quality and also thief’s so much tech issues with Touchpix but I like them they ok

Up there as one of the most feature-rich iOS professional photo booth software applications with great support and development team. Exceedingly popular with 360 booth operators.

I don’t know what is the issue with this app, but my last event was a really bad. App stop working or don’t move forward. I have to close the app multiple time to be able to do anything. And today even with old version, I still have the same problem. This make me or anyone going through this unprofessional and can make us lost future or prospect customers. Please we need this fix asap.

Ruined my event with the auto update confusion. Plus the preview screen is cutoff so it’s hard to guess the perfect framing of the people.

I’ve been using Touchpix for about a year now and I’ve managed to use it well. The only thing I dislike is that when I use my GoPro, it doesn’t load the overlay or takes forever. Sometimes it disconnects and it’s annoying. My big issue now is the QR scan every time before recording. It wasn’t like that before. I wish it was disabled or taken away.

I enjoy Touchpix but I am curious on why there isn’t an option to make an overlay and have the music that is playing at the event in the video
