I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Tradeinn. Their service was far below acceptable standards, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Firstly, their online inventory was misleading. Multiple times, I found items listed as available, but after placing my order, I was informed they were out of stock. This lack of accurate inventory management is not only inconvenient but also wastes the customer’s time. Secondly, their promise of immediate delivery is a complete farce. Despite paying extra for expedited delivery, my order consistently arrived late. This lack of punctuality not only caused inconvenience but also made me question the integrity of their service promises. Lastly, the customer service was far from helpful. When I reached out to address these issues, the responses were sluggish and lacked any meaningful resolution. It felt as if my concerns were not taken seriously, which is unacceptable in any customer service scenario. Overall, my experience with Tradeinn was incredibly disappointing. I advise potential customers to be wary and consider other options where service reliability and customer satisfaction are a priority.

Really slow, playing annoying music while browsing. This is for the app. The store is also a big NO NO, outrageously long times for delivery of your purchases.

I paid €60 for nothing! The Item never hit my doorstep and the next thing I know, it was sent back to mailee. What is the point of asking the complete address and telephone number of your customer and adding a €10 shipping fee if it is for pick up?! You just sucked hard earned money! Shame on you!😡

Please fix it!!

El pedido tarda mucho he hecho mi pedido el día 26 de diciembre hasta ahora no he recibido mi pedido cuidado para aquí 👎👎👎👎

He comprado un garmin 1040 y llevo 20 días esperando y no me dan respuesta ni devolución de mi dinero ni envío del producto. Página fraudulenta

Pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner menos. Realizó un pedido para un regalo de cumpleaños, el artículo está en stock y me dan un plazo de entrega que no cumplen y justo al llegar la fecha límite cambian el plazo de entrega para una semana más tarde. En fin…primera y última compra!!

He hecho una compra y nunca más , he comprado una muñeca pensando que era en oferta pero resulta que era usada en pésima condiciones y encima tengo que pagar los gastos de devolución y me devuelven el dinero en 4 semanas ????estamos de broma ?!!!servicio de atención al cliente inexistente básicamente solo puedes escribir y te contestan cuando les da la gana sin poder hablar con nadie telefónicamente!Fatal resulta que me dijieron que la muñeca en venta era usada y encima escrito en inglés y a letras pequeñas que no te enteras ,me parece una estafa máxima y falta de seriedad!pésima app

Compré una pijama por el precio de 59,00 euros, la cual cuando me llegó no me gustó ya que el material transparentaba mucho, pedí la devolución del producto y automáticamente se cobró 6 euros de mi tarjeta y después de esperar más de un mes para que me acepten la devolución de devuelven 55,00. De que va esto?!!! Es la primera vez que me hacen tal cobro y no me devuelven el total de lo pagado. Horrible, no vuelvo a usar esta app.
