Bought a toy from this app that was very poor quality and a knock off. And the damage does not work. No response to multiple contacts to return. This is scam company. Must be careful.

This place is a con. The app is garbage. Ordered items that were all in stock. Now they are all mysteriously out of stock on the way to the warehouse however no one can tell me when they will actually arrive. Zero customer service. Just automated messages. Disputing with PayPal. Total con. Shop elsewhere.

It’s great to use the app but there’s some issues that need fixing. Every time you want to view an item then go back to view more items, it jumps back to the top page making you scroll down back to where you were and that’s sometimes hundreds of items. Also make your wish list button more visible like it was years ago. I often use this list to purchase multiple items that go together.

The estimated delivery times are useless - add 4-6 weeks to every delivery date estimate - but the value is great. It all eventually gets there.

I waited over 2 months and my purchase never arrived at their warehouse. Don’t trust this company.

Estimated delivery date given by Trekkinn was the day they gave the order to DHL to be shipped! If I had known it would take a month to get the goods I wouldn’t have made the order!

Downloaded the app since I could not do anything in your web-site. Tried to buy an item by clicking on the jersey and was always directed back to the home page. App was the same. Clicked on the jersey icon and loading circle just went on and on. Your missing out on a lot of online business guys!!!

Have tried this on both iPad and iPhone. Search doesn’t work. Had to go use google app instead. Not sure what use this is if you can’t find things.

This has got to be one of the most useless apps and business models I have come across. Nothing on the site works. You cannot contact anyone and the kit I ordered seems to have vanished into thin air. Feeling very ripped off and angry as the kit I ordered is for a Christmas present for my granddaughter. MINUS 5 STARS WOULD BE TOO GENEROUS A RATING.
