Placed an order and got given a delivery date but item hasn’t arrived. Tried to contact them but only way is by virtual assistance but answer come but in a foreign language. Not happy and fill I’ve been scammed

I ordered sports supplements. It says it will be delivered within a week. At first they could not send the goods to the courier for 5 days. then they said that it would be delivered on the 15th-19th, in the end it was already the 21st and 11 days had passed and there was still no product! and for this I also paid £13.99 for such a disgusting and slow service I have not seen in a long time, and for an additional delivery fee!!!

Warning check online reviews before buying from trekkinn when returning items you have to send to Spain it’s a total scam.

Shopping bag doesn’t save. Horrible app to navigate around. Slow and the search function was poor. Deleted.

Good website and compelling prices. Only issue is they don’t answer questions about products.

I’ve made an order with over 180 dollars and paid the full amount, however, when I tried to contact them thru their website and what’s up an automated response appears saying they don’t understand. Also there are no option to contact the store by email address. Please remove this app. It’s fraud

Placed order linked with social media as they offered promo then returned me back to payment page, I didn’t click [pay] again fortunately but waited. 10 mins later received confirmation email. I bet they get duplicate orders a lot
