App has a lot of bugs, it opens the search bar recursively and makes the whole selection process horrible.

Stay at Hotel Supreme was very nice as promised they have not charged any charges for Driver arrangements. It was wrongly given feed back. I am very sorry. That case was regarding hotel Anjikyatara Akkalkot.🙏

Instead of solving issue the staff was suggesting to cancel booking and make new booking with another expense. Be careful during booking. Don’t go with paid reviews.

No place to resolve a issue. I booked a cab which was offered along with my flight. It was an “understanding that they are linked together so delay from one doesn’t affect or adjust the following booking automatically. It turned out that MMT clarifies it in their fine print that they are not responsible and I ended up forfeiting lol of my booking amount. On top of it there is no one to even listen to your problem there are you are left on some online links that are circular and brings you back to the same point. All and all, I guess it is better to make bookings directly with the servicing companies as at least you can talk to someone and adjust your bookings accordingly.

Worst application I have ever used. Don't rely on the pictures. The photos and details are totally different. You can't even compare not even close. Representatives are so rude and in the end they can't do anything as someone around the world is not answering the call. Don't trust this site. Never ever.

Worst customer service

Think a thousand times before booking with MakeMyTrip. Purely marketing for booking services. No support after booking. I paid a premium price for my first booking of a visit to Kerala. We were never able to visit the sites that we paid for. They do not bother to return the call once your booking period starts. You are on your own once they receive their payment. Never recommend anyone to use the service. Think a thousand times before utilizing their service.

I had booked a out station cab from Chennai to Pondicherry for my elderly parents 5 days back to ensure safe and hazel free travel through Make my trip. The trip was booked for 6 AM. A driver called at night 10.40 PM asking us to cancel the booking as his vehicle has issues. The app shows confirmed booking. But we dint want to take last minute difficulty for elders. The refund has not been received but the app says it’s refunded. And repeated calls to customer care is not just getting connected. It’s full off hazel and stressful journey after paying full amount.
