Training Today

I’m really torn between the convenience of an Apple Watch and the metrics of a Garmin. I’ve tried many 3p apps to get just some of the functionality back for run training. This brings back a lot of what I’ve been missing, with the added bonus of being able to crank out some simple run workouts for me. Really enjoying this app.

It just had a ton of data, an easy to use interface and is so helpful!

I’ve been using the app for about a month now and it seems to hover around 0-5 and rarely ( perhaps once per week) suggests I am RTT with measurements above 7. Not sure it works for me (cyclist, 4ish hard workouts per week)

The widgets are blank after they last two updates.

stay away, does not work. Very hard to use. Does not accept my password that i use. It has bugs. Waste of my time.

This is a very clean and focused app that answers one question easier and better than anyone else. “How hard should I push today” I absolutely recommend this app to anyone interesting in listening to there boast as they workout.

Yes, costs have gone up but not that much. Hopefully, your greed will be your undoing. There are plenty of good alternatives to your app.

Enjoy this app, but it’s difficult to grasp what it is doing initially. I’ll keep working ti understand it. Thanks.

Loved this app. New update means it’s not as useful on watch face.

There’s a typo in the latest version. It says to “Complete” as planned rather than “Compete” Works ok, but doesn’t always seem to reflect my real status. No apps seem to get it right, while Whoop did back when I used it.
