The application log me out. I tried to log in but not possible at all.

The Apple Watch is not able to retrieve data for the next journey. It keeps displaying ‘No ticket found.

What a useless App - won’t accept any country of residence and so can’t even register ! Where’s the UK nations ??

Nothing about it works. Impossible to book a ticket. Won’t accept any details. Don’t waste your time

The new checkin system is broken. If you have a trip with 2 legs, and check in both, you can only recover the second leg ticket. To get to the tickets, you need to cut&paste codes with strange acronyms. If you don’t save them somewhere, you are done. Really a horrible experience.

You may miss trains due to connections late or cancelled. The app doesn’t show this. Typical of Trenitalia, the app is slow and poorly organised with ten steps to do anything. Once done, you show up only to see the train cancelled and you’re stuck in the middle of nowhere. Country stuck in the 1960s.

I found this app to be really great. It gives all the choices with varied times and prices for every journey. It gives much more accurate and up to date information than at the train stations. You can tell well in advance from the app which platform you need to get to and which one your train will be stopping at. As regards the complaints about UK being in Italian as a punishment that is inaccurate. Ireland is Irland it just happens to be closer to the original

I’m sorry but this is typical Italy; looks fancy but completely broken system and horribly unreliable. I was told that this would be quicker that wiring so sat down to download thinking I’d beat the queue. After downloading, you have to register - everything is written in English. Except for one thing. Under the country of registration I couldn’t find anything for England, UK, Great Britain… An italian guy tried to help and even he was confused. It turns out that in the whole list, there is one country not written in English, I wonder why might that be? Still bitter about the UK exiting the EU? If so it’s really ridiculous. I’ve encountered hostility a few times from Europeans, especially the French, regarding this fact but surely they need to get over it. Then after finally deciphering the registration process, they send a log in and password which does not work. Wasted nearly 45 mins of the four hours that I had to explore Cinque Terre, very frustrating, but this is the downside of Italy - it’s generally very disorganized. On the upside Cinque Terre is beautiful, people friendly and the food fantastic.

The process to apply for the x-go points does not work. The application page asks for a street name, but it is not possible to complete the input.
