Good app and I love the service. I would love to be able to view my photos like Dropbox cerca 2014 where your camera uploads were shown like your photos stream

You have a very nice product here and I am happy to use it. Two things: 1- The message: Get Tresorit from desktop are shown as a banner in bottom and I can’t swipe it to remove it. When I press it an email are sent to me with a link and I delete it. A few days later it appears again. Please show it only once as it is highly annoying. Did you think about the people that do not have a desktop or don’t want to use it for this purpose? 2- Feedback: when I try to use it, it is locked to two emails i only use in connection with Apple. It is impossible to write from the one I normally use. You are all about security so please fix this. When you have done this I will give you five stars.

I enjoy the encryption, privacy settings and the design. Build in features for iOS are nice and comes in very handy. Design is sleek compared to earlier. One mega downside: This is too expensive for a cloud service. Yes, you pay for encryption and security features, but these are also offered by competitors also based in Switzerland. I don’t see how Tresorit differentiates to justify pricing.

I have now been asked to reset my password three times resulting in my data being lost . A complete waste of time and money. The customer service is robotic and unhelpful and have not tried to assist in any way besides repeating that I need to reset my I’d!

If you just have a little bit knowledge about privacy and security when it comes to cloud storage, you wouldn’t use anything else but Tresorit. It’s secure and it respect you’re right to privacy, no US agencies looking over your shoulder like in Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive. The company is located in EU, which in my opinion is more safe than US. The app itself just works 100%. It’s well integrated in the iOS and you can do almost everything, almost like iCloud Drive itself. I wouldn’t use anything but Tresorit right now. And yes it cost money and it’s more expensive than other cloud services, but why I that... If it’s free, you’re the product. Thanks for a great, secure and safe product.

I have been a Dropbox user for several years. But was more and more concerned about privacy. So I read about Tresorit and gave it a try. I am very happy about this software. It works flawlessly on my PC, Mac and IOS devices. UI is easy and quick. Offers 2-way authentication with google authenticated. Only miss a thumbnail feature for the gallery and it is perfect. Haven't regret my switch and upgraded to premium after a short test run. Keep up the good work.

For small time usage I like the idea of being able to safe-store my private data without having to think about privacy issues. Out of hands of G-controls and snooping eyes. But mostly, if at some point someone should get hold of my holiday photos, I know for sure that I'm to blame. Works well, would like to see a few more GB for the free account..

In the time I have used the free version, the number of folders allowed and max number of units connected has been reduced also for existing users. The price/year for a paid version seems very high to me. Nearly twice the price of MS Office 365 for one PC. Cannot be intended for private users.
