Where is account recovery option?
Don’t download, all your data will be lost if your password doesn’t works, no recovery code or email security code provided by them. Being an encrypted app is no excuse for not providing such basic service which is provided even by highly encrypted password storage vault apps. As if you are trying to act as the only encrypted data cloud app out there by being “foolishly different” for the sake of it. What a pathetic way to steal your customers data in your cloud.
Bug in APP
I am having an issue where i cant upload any pictures. Automatically the uploading is failing and manually it is not letting me .. 😖😖😖
Zero Privacy when u share any document 👎🏻👎🏻
It publishes your email address public whenever you share any file or document. No concern regarding privacy. Whoever developed this must be high on xxxx. The plan prices are exorbitantly high compared to other competitors. If they shows no concern regarding privacy then why should we pay such high charges for absolutely useless service. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Give icedrive a try. It’s way better than this pathetic app. Most of the features are same but Icedrive at least doesn’t expose your private details when you share any document.

Safety warrants that the app be simple, fast and clutter free. I just discovered TRESORIT and this will be perhaps my prime cloud app alongwith SYNC. The service is also excellent and really helps. Tried the chat and it’s prompt and precise.
