Too expensive
I used it for a long time to store photos, because of the outstanding security. Today, competitors also know these things, at a much cheaper price. I canceled my subscription.
ux, usability and product quality are lagging behind
i have been an early adopter and faithful user for almost 8 years because i agreed with the product mission and was happy to spend a bit more for proper data security. however i have to say that the product has not improved as much as it would require in the past years, the team clearly does not invest in understanding ux at all, basic functions are barely usable or super uncomfortable to use and worst of all unreliable, from downloading, syincing, organizing files - you literally dont even have a preview or any function to be able to see the contents of your folders if you are searching for something. while im sure the data security measures are still great, the rest of the basic functions of the product are disappointing and painful to use, so i have migrated to another cloud service.

File management and product development are extremely slow
The desktop, mobile and tablet apps are nice, everything works basically, but you do not want to store and manage large files and complex folder structures in Tresorit. 😰 When I move a directory structure to a new location inside a tresor, it does not do real MOVE, in contrary it does COPY and DELETE. It may take ages! This is extremely slow and incomprehensibly bad design. When I tried to delete a big folder structure it took literally a WEEK. Tresorit’s product development is extremely slow when it comes to fix bugs. Their very kind and fast support sends meaningless feedbacks very quickly, to comply the SLA, but real changes do not happen in reasonable time.
Does not load tresors
I use tresorit heavily on my PCs and phone. On my IPad I can't use it, as it does not load my Tresors.

Very secure and super easy to use. Love the Camera upload and the document scanner feature.
