Downloaded the extension on my laptop, created an account, logged in. Then went to do it on my phone, went to login and “you’ve sent an email confirmation” popped up, I confirmed it in my email and it took me to a web page. Went back to the app and it’s still saying “you’ve sent an email confirmation” I’m confused why once I’ve confirmed my email it’s taking me to a website and not taking me back to the phone app to actually login?? So I can’t login to the phone app at all which defeats the purpose of the app. Looks like it would have been a convenient app but it’s frustrating me.

I’m in the process of switching all my passwords to this app.

App saves passwords and does as advertised, but even after signing in to the app, on most occasions hitting the “password” button above the keyboard opens the app and asks me to sign in again? It’s very frustrating and results in having to open the app, copy and paste the password for everything. The autofill feature is just broken.

This app has saved my bacon on more times than I can count.

I have used True Key since 2018 and have recommended it to several people.In the last month I have had a few issues and am reluctant to continue to use the product because it has become quite unstable.I initially had difficulty logging in on my IPHONE.I checked my account on my IPAD and it was showing that the account was no longer linked to the phone. I deleted the app on the phone and tried unsuccessfully to load it again.I gave up.Now the IPAD is also unstable and I am having difficulties logging in.It is most frustrating.

I have downloaded the app from the store and managed to add the allowed 15 passwords from the free version. However, it does not allow me to update from free to my subscription that I already have as part of my True Protection. Shame, because it limits my usage.

I’m unhappily having to change back to single factor authentication. 2nd factor mobile notification has never been received and I have no way of checking/changing if the mobile number used is incorrect. Using email fallback rarely works because the website doesn’t wait long enough for me to open the email and tap the button. The fact that the website doesn’t explain that the email must be opened on the 2nd device is another fail. McAfee needs to do better.

There’s a dependency for the app to connect to servers on the internet before being able to access the vaults. The app hangs indefinitely if it cant get to the servers, not ideal when the reason for accessing the app is to access passwords that are required at that moment.

Unstable Application, never processed saved features such as Fingerprint Sign in, malfunctioning on the Screen Use Touch ID button will not Activate saved Advanced Features. Sign-in via second Saved device never works, must use email Verification Links.

The app is great and I'd love to give it 5 stars if I didn't need to log into the app twice before it will work. If it's intended can it be explained to me why?
