Good App but few issues. Microphone permission not available in the iOS settings so cannot use the Speak function. Buzzer option also not available. Please help to fix

Terrible connection problems
Devices will NOT connect to the app. Do not recommend
Horrible
This app does nothing to help the user. The cat litter box is garbage and the app does nothing help. It is offline all the time. I could not fix any issues with app. Had to wait to get off work every day to physically unplug the litter box to reset it due to the app not working correctly. According to the app my cat never used the box but the waste bin and chamber were full of waste. It may work for other applications but for the litter box did not!!!!
Update ruined it
Worked fine til last update. Now locked out of my room because door won’t connect and is unresponsive.

Smart scenes disappears
All smart scenes disappeared after app update yesterday!

I have purchased a few items that need this app and EVERY SINGLE TIME IT NEVER CONNECTS! I wish I knew before purchasing the items THIS would be the app I need to use! Ugh awful.
