Really odd that setting users, passwords etc is not in the app

Instead you have to try to use the cumbersome settings on the lock itself looking at the manual all the time…

Cannot add device

Cannot add a socket device After scanning and then adding the found device (socket) it stops when almost finished

False detections

App works very good, and it send motion detection without problem. But when I open the app and check the camera playback it starting to send false motion detections for every 5-10 seconds, when I close the app it doesnt send false detection anymore, only real motion detection. Why are there false detections when the app is opened?

Update

Firmware update failed? När jag kommer hem bluetooth failed. Kommer nog ut med att trycka på låset. Fjärrstyrd är den inte. Då måste man ha en speciell modem som jag inte hittar.

Not working

I have the Tuya app in Apple watch 6. But it dont work. It dont show anything

Issues with smart switches

Hi, I recently bought several switches which doesn’t have any brand name on it I took it from my friend and he was using it good with Tuya app. But what is wrong with me is, I have done the same as he instructed but my all the switches are randomly switched off even without giving them command. Sometimes they work as they supposed to be and sometimes they randomly switched off. Done reset done pairing many times but nothing helped me, the last update before this update I thought they were working fine but when I updated again with the latest they start to behave like the I mentioned above. Do you have any solutions or idea why they are doing those malfunctioning.

Missing a lot of features for video

The app is pretty bad when you have connected to a camera. What It lack: - Onvif/Rtsp - Adjust recording quality - Fast playback when looking through recording - Show motion detection in recording - playback has not a good ui in general. Etc

Very limited functions for cameras

This app has very limited functionality for cameras. You can't set up ftp server for the camera to upload videos to if detect motions, only to very e pensive Chinese cloud. Also no alarm push to email can be setup. No onvif support, and no possibility to adjust the camera time, my cameras show 31 days wrong and not possible to correct. By cameras use other apps until they have fix the app. Totally waste of money.

Funkar med tanke på priset. Det som dock är knas är att timerfunktionen inte verkar funka korrekt. Har satt timer på 05.00, men startar typ 04.00. Har kollat igenom inställningarna och är i rätt tidszon.
