一段時間就會斷線一次。也太頻繁了。

客服作用是什麼

app的原始介面本來有6，12，24，48小時的換水選項，但不知為何改掉，照理來說這種非過濾的水在貓咪喝過之後幾小時就會開始孳生細菌，24跟48小時根本沒必要存在，現在只剩24跟48可以選非常奇怪，而且設備的感應出水從買來就沒作用過，以至於常常回家看到水都快乾了還是不出水，麻煩針對這兩點做改善

更新版本後，監視器無法執行重啟

連接智能鎖一直呈現開鎖狀態

發了問題，過了三天連反應都沒有，智能鎖是鎖著的，但app一直顯示開鎖，用iOS跟安卓都一樣,重置也沒用

貓會被餓死

每次設定的餵食計劃都會莫名其妙被關掉，貓會被餓死
