Does not work at International level
This app only works on that mobile which has sim inside of that customer and does not work on other mobile and on other countries outside Pakistan.HBL app is far better
Best Interface.
I have bank accounts in Uk & Australia and I must say UBL interface is much better of some of the big international banks, its so easy to use, their daily transfer limit is higher than any bank, i must say they are the best among the world. I request them to introduce card-less payment where user can use app to withdraw money from any UBL atm.
Speed is very slower.
Kindly please improve it.
This app keeps on crashing
App crashes whenever I login
Failed at the time of need
I am logging in from Australia, I have received OTP ON MY REGISTERED NUMBER. Unable to Type OTP in the app sign up a Screen. Extremely disappointing, I have to transfer some fund urgently buy UBL have failed again.

I'm trying to write my username in block letters and its not working. I tried to capitalize the alphabets in the keyboard and checked it in other spaces but it's working over there. Why u cant do the same in this app ?
Bad app
Worst app. Impossible to transfer. Ask for login 10 times and still won’t allow you to transfer. The bank staff doesn’t know anything at all.
Waste of time
This app used to be one of the best bank app but no more as more of its features and functions aren’t useable, when adding a new payee I am unable to add code. I moved with Meezan and made my life easy with less clicks and hassles.
