Disappointing experience
Without a doubt one of the most useless and badly functioning applications that I’ve had the displeasure of using. Constantly failing
Garbage digital services overall
The app is terribly basic when compared to other major banks in Pakistan. 2hr mandatory timeout after every account change. Unreliable interface. Will be closing my account at UBL. Not the bank if you’re used to good working digital apps and services.
UBL app
For the last few months UBL app does not work and it is so frustrating. I had to access my accounts via web browser. I wonder when UBL management will wake up to redress this issue.
App keeps on crashing
App is crashing on forgot password , sometimes login . Do you have web version for same ?

Signing up was Easier than I thought.
Impressed br the security features incorporated while trying to sign up for new account. Even the U.S. Banks do not have the ability to take biometrics via phone. I hope their CSR will just as good as their wonderful technology. Best.
Hassles & stupid requirements!
This app creates more hassles for customers rather provide solutions. Exactly like their call centre, it seems this is an overall company wide culture of doing everything other than their “job”. I’d suggest that y’all go ahead and stop “updating” this useless app & shut down the “app development” alongwith your “customer care” & call centre departments as they are doing exactly the opposite of what they are supposed to!
