Why is it so difficult to log into? Writing your email address then password then signing in on the Microsoft phone call just to punch in then yet again to punch out. I usually find I have to do this multiple times too as it doesn’t usually let you access the punch in/out form on the first attempt. All this alone can take over 10 minutes!! It’s just very frustrating…

Why does it sign you out of it, every single day?!

Hi guys I quite like the app but it is very annoying that every time you open it you have to log in again.

This app is not all it was made to be it is constantly logging me out and I still can’t get on css I have been over twice to see admin team and even they couldn’t sort it out so I can’t get on the see my wage slips

It’s a great app and I’m so happy to belong to this community. I’m working passionate to build a strong foundation of a workplace where everyone is valued and respected and supported.

Too time consuming to log in. Email…password…phone call all before I can log in.
