Mi sono precedentemente sottoscritto a 1 mese di prova per restarlo sul mio iPhone. L'app funziona bene e i contenuti sono aggiornati e documentati. Però...il prezzo per i medici europei (Italia, Slovenia) è TROPPO alto, ampiamente fuori dalle logiche di mercato per le paghe che prendiamo. Inoltre la versione MOBILE COMPLETE (unica versione che permette di visualizzare i contenuti offline precaricando la banca dati sul cell) richiede un costo aggiuntivo! Sarei disposto a pagare un prezzo annuale ragionevole (50-100€) ma 500+ € /anno sono una FOLLIA. Non mi meraviglio che se lo possano permettere solo le aziende ospedaliere (non ho visto nemmeno un medico che lo abbia comprato di tasca sua)... 1 stella fino a che non calate DRASTICAMENTE il prezzo! I bought a 1 month subscription to test it on my iPhone. The app works great and the topics are well written and documented. However....The price tag for the access to European doctors (Italy, Slovenia) is WAY too high and there is an extra charge too for 'MOBILE COMPLETE' version (which enables offline content browsing). I would gleadly pay a reasonable price (let's say 50€-100€/year for a Mobile Complete version, but 500+ € for a single year of subscription is an 'out of the market' price tag. No wonder I see only Hospitals buying the access...no doctors. Only 1 star until the price is cut down SIGNIFICANTLY.

Ma questa app in cosa consiste?è necessario un abbonamento?

Si tratta di un applicazione veramente ben fatta. Il prezzo sicuramente non è basso, ma l'acquisto vale la somma spesa. Si ha la possibilità di trovare in un istante tutto ciò che si vuole, in ogni campo della medicina. I dati sono aggiornatissimi , ogni capitolo è corredato di tabelle, grafici e immagini di grande qualità. Un medico che voglia tenersi aggiornato non può non comprare UPTODATE. Complimenti.

I absolutely love this app and use it religiously. However, in the last 5 months, its been glitching and I’ve had to relaunch in everytime and start over. If the app is fixed, my rating would be 5/5

The frequent and incessant notifications to login to hospital network has become annoyingly frustrating. Even when you follow its instructions and authenticate through hospital network the annoyances don’t stop. I’m about to give up.

This app used to work great but now is all glitchy. Tried uninstalling it and re-installing it without improvement.

The service provides good content. However, as bad as their app is, their customer service is worse. Using the app on mobile comes at an extra subscription cost. The fact that it is currently unusable is inexcusable. They cannot even understand the problem. There is a lack of comprehension of the written word on their part, no matter how clear or specific the problems are communicated.
