Bad App, Great Resource
The app does not seem to be adequately functional and I am only able to use it on the desktop. Is this because they would rather we pay the mobile upgrade fee to have it all downloaded on our device?

So unreliable
Content is great but app hardly ever works. I have contacted the up to date team directly and they tried to fix but in the end couldn’t help. Probably only works 1-2% of the time. Otherwise it just gives error messages.
App continues crashing
Up to date website is amazing and really helpful However, The app always gives me failed to connect to server 99% of the time Useless app and not worthy to be used
No Open Athens access
Please fix buy that prevents NHS staff from accessing via Open Athens
Still no open Athens access
This app maybe quite good if it can be accessed. In the UK, through the NHS, often access is via open Athens and the app can’t currently be accessed via this. Please fix if possible
App doesn’t open
Subscribed but the app doesn’t open! What’s up?
Needs Open Athens Support
As others have stated the app needs Open Athens support to be used by the vast majority of NHS staff. The fact that it is still not available seems to me a deliberate ploy to make the user spend more money.
