Whoever using this app, please check the numbers. I have no idea how it ends up with the total I got.

Very frustrating

We love UP, but the app is terribly frustrating. So much so, that we end up not being able to order there. If you take more than ~5 minutes on their app, it times out & loses your order. In addition, it often crashes at the final step, and leaves you wondering whether or not your order went through. Please fix this buggy app so that we can order the delicious food!

I’m a UX App Designer and it was painful to use that app for a while. Glad that stuff like how to add or remove bread alongside a lot of other features is a lot more intuitive. Way to go but definitely trending the right direction.

When I try, it acts like it does but never adds the result to the cart. And it complains when I try again that it will overwrite my previous order. This has been going on for weeks.

Pros: it works 95% of the time Cons: Slow. Every page load is slow. UI terrible. For example on the home page the order button is too small and to the bottom left. It should be far larger and easier to navigate. Another major UI issue is the bread. I often order plates that come with bread preselected. If i want to remove it I need to press the “-“ sign then add a “No bread” item. I find this a really strange UI decision. Not sure if bug but about 4 times now when I place a pickup order the time is set to tomorrow and I don’t see it until I get to the restaurant. There also needs to be an option to modify orders. I like steaks medium (most people do) but they make theirs med-rare by default. This means I need to call after placing my order to request this. Problem is 1. the inconvenience 2. sometimes they don’t pick up the phone at all. Overall, I’m glad there even is an app but wish it felt modern.

Can’t checkout on Dine-

False advertising. Price on the menu clearly shows it’s cheaper for plate pass members. But upon checkout, there is no discount. Please fix this.

As many of already stated there’s a lot of bugs in this app I was just charged for my meal, but nothing actually went through except for my credit card. No confirmation email the time was wrong so It didn’t place the actual order and I have to go back and dispute the charge if it’s not automatically taken off later… Kind of a pain 🙄 Edit: I guess the order went through but no confirmation email and the app still shows it didn’t go through or anything sooo… 🤷

For a good month or two I wasn’t able to pull up my plate pass barcode to scan in person and it also was not applying to my online orders… meanwhile I continued to be charged the monthly fee! In addition, you cannot scroll down and select different sides or drinks when selecting options. The app had always worked fine for me until the most recent update.
