PLACED MY ORDER AT THE SAME DAY, DUE TO THE APPS BUGS, I DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY NOTIFICATION THAT MY ORDER WAS SCHEDULED TO THE NEXT DAY. CALLED THE OUTLET AND THE STAFF MENTION IT CAN BE CANCELLED, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REFUSED TO CANCEL DUE TO NO REFUND POLICY, PLUS IT SEEMS LIKE THE MISTAKE IS ON THE CUSTOMER SIDE. REALLY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER

Please solve this matter because this part otp code its a starting new customer login, even whatapps number customer support also cant used

Please fix the bug as very often need to relogin

One of the easiest food app. Straightforward from ordering to payment. Hopefully this gets updated always and no bug issue.

Tried using voucher, the apps keep crashing. No simulator delivery like D or PH. Not using it again. Uninstall.

As per subject, please rectify the bug

Wanted to register account and save address, when come to OTP step, never received any code. Stuck there. Can’t proceed to save address and order pizza. Failed app. They don’t care about their business.

I didn’t get OTP. The worst part is they don’t give verification using other method other than mobile phone

The app only allows user to drop pin but not type in address manually. It’s intuitive except that the address that pops up is inaccurate, I.e. wrong road name. I had to type a long message at the ‘remark’ for my order. And the rider was super confused (or can’t understand), had to call me and ask me to WhatsApp him my address. If anyone pondered, you do not get double of what you load to the wallet. The picture is simply misleading.
