Tried to register, everything seems off as the app couldn’t capture the credentials

The App is just terrible. 1. Tried to sign up the app says - “Request Timedout” 2. Finally signed up and the app sent me 6 OTP no.s - app also won’t let me click enter after keying in OTP 3. Finally signed up and managed to order, app won’t let me choose my crust - again “Request Timedout”

Status haven’t change after we made the payment. Still pending and we have to wait for more than an hour to receive our order. Should have keep the customer updated

No number is available not any tracking updates nor chat function works. Better to go with other delivery apps and order through them coz they took more than an hour to notice our order.

Please update / upgrade your system in apps so bad even cannot log in.. you just lost potential customer with you non working apps and i am so disappointed and i will not lookup to restaurant again im really upset.

PLACED MY ORDER AT THE SAME DAY, DUE TO THE APPS BUGS, I DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY NOTIFICATION THAT MY ORDER WAS SCHEDULED TO THE NEXT DAY. CALLED THE OUTLET AND THE STAFF MENTION IT CAN BE CANCELLED, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REFUSED TO CANCEL DUE TO NO REFUND POLICY, PLUS IT SEEMS LIKE THE MISTAKE IS ON THE CUSTOMER SIDE. REALLY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER

Please solve this matter because this part otp code its a starting new customer login, even whatapps number customer support also cant used

Please fix the bug as very often need to relogin
