Very useful
All of my lessons are in one place which makes things very convenient when I am looking for a particular video. I even had trouble finding where my videos were being uploaded and the “Help and Support” team did an excellent job of helping me out!
1st review
So far I’m very pleased. Had trouble loading a video. Lynn was very helpful in telling me how to trim my video! 👍🏻
Customer Service
I found myself with lessons posted to two separate email accounts: one active and one not. I requested help from V1 customer service to merge all my lessons into my active account. Lynn could not have been more helpful. My issue was resolved very quickly and accurately, and in no time, I was back in business. A very smooth process.
Downloading Problem
So thankful for the very responsive staff at V1 when I needed help. Was having trouble downloading swings from photo section on my iPad. They were not only very helpful but were very quick to respond to my needs. Thank you for the help.
Not great, App stole a membership no response from developer
I downloaded this and signed up for the trial. I took it out about two hours later to test how it would work at the driving range. When I open the app, it said I was no longer allowed to access the features. When I exited out of that pop-up window, it let me record a video. then later in the day when I check my email, I was told I successfully signed up and then I also had a separate email from Apple saying I had paid full amount. I signed up for a trial then the app forced a payment for the entire year immediately after that. I don’t understand why the company won’t even Respond.
App help in v1 sports app.
Don was extremely helpful with problems I was having when trying to view my videos. Great customer service & so patient!

I had the pleasure of working with Don when subscribing for the V1 GOLF+ app. He provided immediate responses and was very helpful. Don also provided a series of educational tools that will be extremely helpful. Looking forward to utilizing the V1 app for my teaching programs. Thank you Don!

I’ve been very happy with the V1 Golf app. I often refer to my lessons on it. Customer support has been very good too. I would highly recommend using them.
