V1 Golf: Golf Swing Analyzer

Disappointed of the video quality when recording own swings with an iPhone. Software is not able to handle faster Even worse thing is that the subscription is automatically renewed, and you cannot check the renewal date or cancel the service from the app. Customer service refused to refund my payment even thou I contacted publisher the same day my credit card was billed. Stay clear, there are better sw for analysing swing available.

I use it allmost daily. I have basic version because i think that pro version is bit too expensive and i am fine with cheaper model. Some issues occur when they relese new version too hurry. Only real problem is in camera ”timing” because it raffle timing VERY often from 5-15 sek, even when you have set that no timing... mayby only in this cheaper version and they try you to put more money in. Still i think it is good buy, best on market. And i try out all of them🤣

I bought this tool yesterday and using with IPad. I feel kind of disappointed about the app. There are certainly good things in the app content e.g possibility to view and analyse how the pro's are doing their swings. However. I'd really like to use this tool with my golf pro to analyse my own swing, but there are some challengies on usability ( difficult to use/ lack of knowledge how-to) issues on the SW. Or if they are not usability issues then there are lack of functionality that I expected to be there. 1) I haven't been able to find a place in the SW from where I can modify my user profile settings after I initial registration. 2) the password setting on initial registration was not working okay ( there is a bug in the code) and the re-login failed with that selected password. Then there is no apparent easy access to change one after the registration. I haven't tried the SW pn PC if there is a way to change the profile, but on iPad the function is well hidden ( if it exists). 3) there are no way in iPad to receive a video clip over the mail and look at it on the analyser? On PC there is a possibility to store files on folders, but not on IPad. So if my pro sends a videoclip of my swing with his IPhone having this same app, I cannot view it with this SW on iPad.

Really nice and practical app to help you to improve your skills. Good drills and analysing tools. An import function of own videos however should be improved. I recommend!

If you find that the app isn’t for you make sure you cancel. Canceling is not easy and if get hit with charge and contact them immediately they basically say “screw you”. We got your money and lucky you can use an app for another year. Most companies will give you 7-10 days to cancel if you forget.

I had a problem with using the App. Don was great. He identified and solved my problem really fast!

The V1 video app on my iPhone is a great tool for explaining swing thoughts for my students. The drawing tool are easy to use and provides the student instant feedback on their progress. The App stopped working properly on my iPhone. By notifying customer service, they were able to fix the bug in a timely manner.

Be ready to actively manage subscription. No renewal warning, no warning of increased fee, can't cancelbin app or online. Have to send email to support to cancel.

I had an issue with the videos not playing. I emailed And got a quick response that fixed the issue.
