Paid over 300 US $ for a dave chappelle on 21 November 2024 and received a ticket that was sold to another person luckily after contacting the app i was refunded fully

No protection to scam
I sent them an email when trying to enter the event that the tickets I got were scam. Yet they refuse to return my money

I got match ticket for world cup, they delay till 24 hours before the match to release the ticket, so I could not attend the match bcz visa took more than 2 days to take
Very poor user interface
The app is exactly the same as the mobile website. 90% of the clicks are not necessary and are not taken into account. No upfront clarity on payment methods, you only get informed after making the payment that the method is not accepted. Login required every 10 mins on the app. When we finally managed to buy tickets, we got a reverse transaction 10 mins later with a message that tickets are not available. Deleted and never using again
If there is less than one star will be more than what this company deserves
@viagogo I bought ticket from your platform and I decide to resell it again, unfortunately that when I list the ticket and try to buy it from other account I got error message saying “ sorry! The tickets you selected are no longer available.” When my ticket still available 😐😐😐
They are a scam
I tried to get a refund much before I got the tickets as they didn’t give me the guarantee I would have them. They only offered me to resell them. The app didn’t stop glitching and I didn’t even know if the ‘tickets ‘ were put on sell or not. I am putting a serious complaint. They sell tickets they don’t even have.
Terrible
Never sent my ticket. Couldn’t get into the venue. Day ruined. Never buy tickets with these lot.
Got charged over twice the amount the ticket was worth
Ordered 2 tickets to see Aurora at the Royal Albert Hall, and when I did receive my tickets in a pdf form, found that it… A) told me how much they should have been worth B) informed me that they had been purchased through Ticketmaster So not only could I have for 4 tickets for the price of 2 had I gone to the venue site, I would have had change to spare. Also convinced this company uses Ticketmaster and simply adds a ridiculous commission. Do not use them or their services.
Allowance for touting
Any platform which allows people to tout tickets is dreadful
