It’s a scam! Please don’t use this app

Never use these guys. You pay double for what you get. Their so called handling fee costs the same as the actual tickets! Rubbish!

Bought tickets for super rugby and never recieved my tickets

Viagogo sold us tickets for the Rugby 7’s weekend.... 4 tickets ..... 2 for each day...... over R11,000.00 for the lot...... Our tickets arrived.... 2 had R800.00 on them and 2 had R400.00 on them.. .. So that’s a total of R2,400.00 only.... Who in Gods name pocketed the rest of our Cash????? Daylight robbery and extortion!! Lesson learnt from this escapade? Never buy from Viagogo ever again....and warn others against using them too! Crooks!!!

Bought Tickets to Lady Antebellum. Lady Antebellum cancelled their concert. Never received a refund. They are crooks!!!!!! Lexi

i bought tickets to travis scott and they didn’t arrive until the last week, after they arrived they weren’t even valid and i had to negotiate with them on call spending 3 hours every day.

we ordered tickets 3 months ago for sza in hyde park. A week before we were meant to receive the tickets and got a confirmation email saying it got sent to a different email, we emailed the help line and they were questioning us why there was a different email attached to our account. we emailed back saying it wasn’t our and 2 days later called the help line got told we will not be going and that a refund will be send in 10 working days. worst experience ever do not buy your tickets on here!!!!!!!

Cost me £350. I had two tickets to sell and went to list them. Went through every step and it was confirmed and I got an email saying it was listed. When I checked back to see if the tickets had sold a few days later there was an alert to say it was hidden due to ‘compliance checks’. I contacted customer services to resolve the issue and they said within an hour it should be up. Turns out it wasn’t and then the event came round and I had two tickets which I couldn’t sell. Awful app and awful service would not recommend to use

Have to admit, after I bought resale Foo Fighter tickets last year I have had massive anxiety all year from reading all the online reviews on different platforms and wondering if the tickets would arrive, and if they did arrive, would they be legit? I followed the instructions received over the last few weeks from Viagogo, attended Emirates Old Trafford last night with my daughter and saw one of the greatest concerts of our lives. I can only rate on my experience, which in the end was positive.
