Situation is I’m taking fruits and vegetables and sweets I opened up my bag but still they want to make luggage charge or keep in seat which I never seen in VRL travel incidents also the way he is spoke with awful I’m NRI based out in Canada I came to my home town Dharwad this kind of behaviour shouldn’t be tolerated.

No stop for ladies washroom near about 8hrs from last stop, good vehicle with bad drivers. 0 rating for service. Don’t go with Vijayanand travels, all time late and delayed.

I have booked bus from Hubli to Bangalore(Jayanagar drop) for my parents, till reaching Bangalore all was good, but once they reach Bangalore (Anand roa circle)they will stop hours together to download the loaded Goods items and till that passenger have to wait or they have shift to another bus. It’s really hectic for aged people, and to shift to another bus they have to walk km’s with language’s, as that bus will be parked in some other point. I suggest if you’re booking for aged people, please do not select VRL, or else get down wherever they stop and book your own cab or auto to reach your home. I feel it’s more like goods vehicle instead of passenger (sleeping coach) bus.

I traveled by VRL Bus and unfortunately the lightning charging point was not available or switch socket not available in (ka25c9565) Bangalore to Gokak Please provide any of above..

Worst!! Vehicle condition not good and reached destination late by 6 hrs.

Every time bus travels from Bangalore to Humnabad, they will stop in Kalaburgi for luggage and packages unload more than half an hour. Passengers have to wait till then . There will be elders ,kids , Women due to poor planning they will sufferer will not reach on promised time .hence called customer care he also given harsh reply stating that they cannot do anything he has given mail id and told me to send a mail and follow up , since I already have wasted time by waiting, again I have to mail them . All the passengers who book facing same concern, pls change the planning. Else quit the travel business!who will give compensation of my time..I had some urgent work.. pls reply. You have enough waste time then only you book VRL .it’s not VRL X PRL OK (Poor road lines )

I have traveled to my native which is expected time of arrival is 7.15 AM But I have arrived at 9.00AM two hours of delay. We are carrying a small baby and office work to be attended as planned for schedule. Due to delay we have faced so much difficulty. Kindly look into stops at hygienic places for toilets and promptness at schedule arrival.

Not good service it very worst experience in my life never book that VRL

The bus is excellent. Also the staff is decent enough. But it shows 15% on your next booking is a lie. When you try to apply coupon code it says invalid for your date. I’ve tried several different days too but shows the same thing. Giving 1 star for misleading adds

There are no USB cables for the current phones and it becomes very difficult to charge phones. Keeping a seperate cable only to travel in VRL is definitely not practical.
