Bad drivers with good bus condition
I recently traveled on one of your buses and while I appreciate the good condition of the vehicle, I was extremely disappointed with the drivers’ behavior and the choice of stop locations. 1. Driver Behavior: The drivers were unprofessional and responded rudely to any requests or queries, making passengers feel as though we were at their mercy. Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company. 2. Stop Locations: The stops chosen during the journey were unhygienic, overcrowded, and uncomfortable for passengers. This made the travel experience far less enjoyable than expected. I request you to take the following actions: • Train your drivers on professional behavior and customer service. • Evaluate the stop locations and prioritize hygiene and passenger convenience when planning them.
