Helps me identify the physical indicators that contribute to burnout and like that I can add other factors that influence functional capacity. Would like the app a lot better if my logs were synced across devices and Apple Watch compatible.

How can an app know so much!? It’s amazing how good it is at reading your HRV and giving advice on how you’re tracking. I just spent some time chatting with Emma from support also and she was incredibly helpful. Thank you for such a useful app, pacing just got easier!

I have lived with POTS for years and now can track different symptoms which is a powerful tool. I no longer have a vague sense of what happens to my body but can quantify it for myself and my health practitioners. Being able to get a morning prediction of HRV means I can adjust my daily activities and so I am managing my POTS for the first time and no longer feel that it is controlling me. And it is free!

I have CFS and have always struggled to keep track of my symptoms and what’s causing them. I’ve tried a few apps but most of them are paid or partially free so I don’t get the most out of them and some of them don’t provide the right data for CFS. This COMPLETELY free app has helped me so much. It has everything I need to log and track symptoms and triggers and to add personal notes as well. Thank you for an app for these types of illnesses that are difficult to manage and hard to get the right support.

Invaluable for Long Covid

This app has been so helpful in my Long Covid recovery. You can tell it’s written by people who have lived it. There are so many symptoms, exertions and other factors to track, and it allows me to see correlations and therefore potential causes such as hormones and stressors. I’m in Australia so I only have the free version without the armband, but I can’t wait to try the premium version when it’s available.

Looks amazing, but can’t use external wearables

The Visible wearable isn’t available in my region and I already have high quality wearables where I track HRV etc. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE if you could use wearables you already have. I really don’t want to use the finger measurement when I already have great and accurate wearables that could automatically sync their data to this app.

Unwell for 25 years, this app changed that

To say I’m grateful for this app would be an understatement. I have struggled so badly with burnout/fatigue/ME/POTS/reoccurring illnesses and more for 25+ years. I could never go a stretch of more than 5 weeks without crashing and burning until I just couldn’t do anything any more. That was three years ago. I have been to 5 GP’s, countless specialists and no one has been able to help me. Then I went to a clinic specialising in invisible illnesses and they recommended this app to me. I was hesitant, sceptical and reluctant, but the more I used it, the better I became. 4 months on I am truly a different person. When I’d get a cold, it would take me 4 weeks to get over. My last cold took me 4 days!!! I am no longer crashing with fatigue, I’m able to pace myself and most importantly, I can share my score each day with my family so they can see how much energy I have to spare, and how much they are going to have to help me out that day. To have an app this effective and free has been a game changer and I have been recommending it to everyone, regardless of whether they have CFS/ME or not. Thank you so much for giving me my life back. I didn’t think I was ever going to get there.

I have a new iPhone 15 Pto and the app won’t launch for me. I would leave a one star review but I am hoping they will just see this and fix it.

Invaluable tool

An app that is super easy to use, and invaluable in tracking my plethora of long COVID symptoms and HRV. I use my daily score to help me figure out how many spoons I have for the day. I really like how the symptom scores are carried over from the previous day so I don’t have to fill out each symptom anew. The new monthly check-in feature looks very promising.

As someone with adhd and me/cfs , writing down symptoms or remembering and sticking to a habit is challenging. I have only just started using the app but so far I have found it super convenient and easy to remember especially with the check in reminders . It’s so easy to second guess yourself with this condition so having a number and some data to reference with how you feel helps to trust yourself to rest when you need to instead of pushing through.
