Great app but…
I really like this app and it’s been really useful to keep beside procreate to look at references, but it would be amazing if you could add a writing tool so we can make annotations beside or on top of the pics

i work making different types of artwork, this app let me organize all my reference in one place, i save a lot of time with this app
This app is an essential part of my workflow as said above. If I’m drawing on PC I use PureRef, if I’m drawing my my IPad I use VizRef. My one complaint is that there appear to be some consistent glitches, especially on larger or older galleries. Some pictures will turn invisible, still outlined if you highlight them, but with no way to make them visible again or photos will straight up delete themselves. It appears to be random which photos this happens too, but I wish if it was a memory error of some kind that maybe there was a cap in place to prevent me from going over what the app can handle if this isn’t something that can be fixed.
Please let us add text in the boards
Are we going to get any updates for this? Its starting to crash on me.
10/2024: Unfortunately this app seems to NOT export boards as it did before. It no longer indicates where it is saving the exported images and nothing shows up in the Apple Photo app. I had to resort to screen grabs which includes an unwanted background color. Also, no support link on their website. —x—————x——— Love the app and see how it will be useful while doing my own artwork. I also am an art director, working with artists and photographers, and would like to be able to export the board as a single JPEG to share with my project team members. I also agree, that having a back-up option would be a great add.
I like the app and it’s helpful but one of my boards is getting too big (and keeps crashing) so I need to move half of the images to another board and there’s a lot of them. But there’s no way to duplicate boards, or copy multiple pictures at once and then move them over to a different board. Please fix ;u; I can’t use how intended if it keeps crashing from my images but I can’t move them
Like other user said it’s been a while from updates, just got the new iPad Pro m4 and the app seems working good so far but still I’ve notice some hiccups while using it along with procreate. A restart of the app fixes it but I feel I shouldn’t be the case with such powerful hardware. Anyways great app please keep it on shape.
I’ve been using this app for years for my art references and I LOVE it! However it’s just missing a key feature that I think would take this app from great to perfect -an option to write/draw onto the board. I think adding some kind of translucent ‘’sticky note’’ situation where we can slot it over the photos we drop in for notes or adjustments without drawing ontop of the actual reference would make it so easy to keep all the information on the board. I don’t wanna have to keep drawing/writing on a separate program just to drop it back in Vizref. Thank you regardless for making this app for us artists and I hope you consider this suggestion!! 💕
First, amazing apps. Routinely use it for traditional art when I need to build mood boards offline and reference work. Only dislike is having to pay separate for iPhone variant. Wish the app had the ability to insert notes or captions with images or on boards.
