Every time you phone goes to sleep, the apple health permissions screen pops back up when you open it every time and you have tonreallow permissions
I am a longtime user of the app, recently it’s been glitching. It keeps asking for access to Apple health data over and over again even after I press accept and it does the same if I decline as well. Everytime I open the app this happens
I keep getting logged out of this app and then having to reset my password. I don’t know why the app won’t remember the password I submit. It will work for a day or two and then log me out and my password won’t work anymore. I use a password keeper to make sure I get it right and it’s secure as well. Then only option is to hit the “forgot my password” button and send a new link to my email, but I am also not getting any password reset emails. Very frustrating!
Please bring back the OG primers and finishers 🙏🏽
I think this is one of the best apps on the market. One to compare against any other. My only recommendation or feedback that I would like if you could take a different approach like Marchon Training and build more of a hybrid training system as well for those wanting to incorporate conditioning into their strength training. Especially in the weight loss, I feel it’s very minimal or you need to add it as a warm up or a finisher. Like I always feel like when I do general fitness, it isn’t enough versus if I have to pick the traditional mass gain, it has the strength training elements but I wish there was a legitimate condition part rather integrating it into the work out (i.e. run for 30 seconds, jog for 30 seconds; it’s not beneficial and it’s just lackluster)
Absolutely brilliant app. The planning, the exercizes proposed, the ability to adjust load based on RPE, the 1RM calculations, the primers and finishers, exercize descriptions, conditioning suggestions, and everything else is excellent. The only thing I regret is that in past versions we could adjust the training cycles. Based on competition or injury or personal factors, we could extend a strength cycle for example, insert a deload week or an off week, etc. We don’t have that flexibility in the new version of the app and since we lost access to the website online version. But again, absolutely fantastic app. Best one out there. 100% recommend
The versatility of the app is what I really love, being able to add warm-ups and Finishers to your main workout is amazing. Volt really gave me a workout routine that actually see amazing results with incorporating things like hypotrophy, strength training , power workouts that actually prepare me for Firefighter Academy. Would definitely recommend this app for anybody wanting to lose fat and gain muscle, or for athletes and first responders trying to get in shape.
When logging in the app says I need to switch to an individual account but the button to switch on the app doesn’t work so I’m logged out of the app. I emailed support and requested support on the website and neither have been answered.
REQUEST: can you add a program option for climbing?
