The website should make crystal clear for owners who do not use the online payment facility that the service fee should be paid online to Home & Away whilst the payment of the rental costs should be paid directly to the owner. At the moment, the client is led to believe that they are paying the 1st installment (incl rental costs) to Home and Away. I have had endless exchanges of emails with guests concerning this.
