Fees billed to my visitors is too high…turns my good rates into over-priced stays. But otherwise, very easy to use.

The app doesnt work most of the time, the website keeps logging me off or doesnt recognize that I am an host and a client. When I swith to host mode, it logs me off. Lots of stability issues for both the app and website for a host. It looks like a mom and pop shop just started a website… such bad customer (host) service

This app is so poorly built so as to be virtually impossible to use. It’s a disgrace for a company the size of Exedia (VRBO’s parent co.) to put this pile of junk out there.

I am extremely disappointed with the VRBO app. Notifications for messages arrive hours late, leading to negative perceptions of my responsiveness as a host. This delay is unacceptable and undermines the trust between hosts and guests. Additionally, the website is slow and frustrating to navigate. Given these ongoing issues, I will be switching to Airbnb, which has proven to be more reliable and user-friendly. I hope VRBO addresses these problems soon, as they significantly impact the hosting experience.

I don’t find the platform user friendly at all. Not easy to navigate it by times.

I can’t tell you how many issues there are with this app. I feel like half the reason I don’t use it more to update prices etc is because of how bad the UI is, and just horribly thought through. VRBO, spend some money to redo the whole app to make it easier for owners to use. From expiring requests staying in your calendar, to my calendar automatically reopening to dates more than a year away after having set it to open after only 9 months, not encouraging reviews from guests, reviews are basically usually only a star rating… look to Airbnb. Much easier and nicer to use.

VRBO charges hosts on average 5.4% more for bookings than Airbnb. 3% payment processing fee and 5.4% booking fee. Airbnb has no payment processing fee & only 3% booking fee. The app is pretty good and easy to use. Not too many bugs. I’m glad I can get bookings through VRBO but I wish they’d lower their fees. 5% extra is a lot

Have been using Airbnb for a couple years to rent our property and recently decided to post it on VRBO as well. Most of the features are quite equivalent, however I’ve experienced several bugs with VRBO (owner). I don’t know if we’ve just been unlucky, but we had a few issues with the platform and required a second level of support to be able to resolve the technical isues ….

The app has been no help in managing my property Limited viewing of platform calendar mix up, loading issues , double listing and when spoke to client services was informed that I should just use main site and my PC instead. This tells me they aren’t interested in improving.New owners be warned not the best

The VRBO owners app is extremely glitchy it won’t let me see the main page with menu options at all. What can I do to fix this? I just want to list my short term rental everywhere I can…
