Wallbox

I was able to charge my car 2 times without a problem, but the third time was a disaster: I kept getting the useless mesaage that something was wrong with my payment and at the same time, my card was being charged. Right now, 300eur was charged and the transactions did not get refunded, so I have to talk to the bank. Since there is no support on this in the app, it’s obvious that you get the same experience you get from a scam.

The app is very slow, it usually doesn’t even refresh, you have to do it manually, sometimes you need to kill the app to make it work even on the same network with the wallbox. Takes ages to connect even though wallbox commander 2 has an ethernet connection of 1Gb. Apple watch app crashes on start all the time. I would expect much faster response speed especially that the wallbox is allways connected to the cloud and online. My Wallbox portal is much faster and reliable so the problem is the app. Integration with home assistant is also super fast. You cannot see in the app the maximum available current in case of power boost is enabled. In my wallbox portal you cannot see the actual charging current, so the whole ecosystem needs ro be revised.

At the end of the charging session they do not calculate how much energy you actually used. They just bill you for how much you paid at the beginning. Thus the price per kW ends up being super high. Until they fix this I will never charge via Wallbox again.

Solo falla la versión para Apple Watch que no es capaz de desbloquear el cargador. Parece que desbloquea pero se desconecta y al reconvertir está bloqueado igualmente. Desde el móvil sí que funciona perfectamente

Con la actualización deja de funcionar la conectividad.

No hay manera que otra persona pueda tener vinculado el cargador en su app. Aunque se invite a la gestión como se indica en la documentación de ayuda. Cuando se sigue el enlace que te envian al email como invitado te lleva al registro pero no permite que puedas gestionar o acceder al cargador.

Se bloquea a menudo y me oblliga a reiniciar. No lo saben solucionar despuès de 7 meses

Es muy poco intuitiva. Da datos falsos como que está cargando de las placas solares cuando no es así. No modula la carga en función del consumo en el hogar y un sin fin de etc

La app va bien, lo que le falta es poder poner dos potencias distintas en funcionamiento de hora y/o dia. Sin eso no puedes utilizar el schedule a maximo.
