Borderline scam

Sends you an email to say you can have lifetime gold access and then opens the app to a pay wall to purchase the subscription.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This is the first review I’ve ever written. This app is truly terrible. Not only can I not connect to multiple accounts that I have but I’ve had it two days and already found many bugs, limitations and irritations. - deleted accounts still appear - tags don’t work retrospectively - tags don’t attach to similar purchases, everything gets one tag and you have to edit each. - can’t exclude items from stats, so moving money is seen as expense. So many more reasons why I hate this app. Also, customer service or help files do not exist. I’ve tried to get a refund and I’ve not even had a reply. If I could give no stars I would.

Unresponsive

Tried this, and bought too early. Trying this app we decided it was not for us. It states you have fourteen days to get a refund. Only way to contact is via the in app feedback, which gives you zero responses. Looks like I have just lost a hundred on a tool we will not be using! Make sure this fills your need before buying, since there seems to be no way to get in touch with the developer.

I’d give less than 1 star if possible

Useless app. DO NOT BUY or WASTE YOUR TIME. This app cause you to waste more time than using a simple excel sheet would to define your spending. Little to no intelligence. Completely useless for someone looking to break down what their costs are without having to go in to the app and spend a lot of time correcting every purchase to the correct category and sub category. Even if an item category is corrected the app goes back to the old category if the same purchase for the same amount in the same place is made. It doesn’t have the basic intelligence to know it’s already been changed or corrected. Also includes your credit card as part of your budget. Insane stuff. Again, not fit for purpose.

Bank disconnected

My bank account disconnected and it’s unclear how to re-establish a connection without deleting my account and restarting from scratch

No support & lost data

There is no support from the developers, even though we are paying the sub. Recently the app duplicated all my recurring expenses and messed up my whole financial control. I have asked for help a couple of times with no answer

Troubles with the app on iPhone 11

Hey guys, the app keeps on crushing on iPhone 11, can’t login, just freezes and does nothing.

I want a refund! App was not as what I expected.

A lot of bugs and no support

I have this app for 11 months now and I am very disappointed with the many bugs and complete lack of support. Firstly you are unable to delete a joint account without completely deleting present and previous account data and seen as though it doesn’t have backup restore you lose all data previously entered. Also when you setup reoccurring expenses or incomes they are only entered for the next six times in the future at a time. This means that the data given in the budgeting feature is incorrect. To add to this when you setup transfers between accounts this is also not shown in the budgeting feature and makes the data given even more useless. I have sent many feedbacks through the app and on their website support page over the months and to date have not received any response. There has also not been any fixes or updates to fix any of these issues. I paid €17.99 for this app with premium features and am really disappointed and would not recommend this app.

Great app

Quick and easy to use and I can export all the info to excel which will save me loads of time when I’m doing my accounts. Love it!
