This app is good but doesn’t track credit card spending which makes it’s pretty useless to be honest since most people should be spending on their credit card (and paying it on time) to make use of cash back and points etc.

Don’t bother I’ve wasted a lot of time and they even acknowledge they have an issue but their team is incapable of fixing it .
Unable to connect to my bank. No support from customer service. Logging in is a hassle. Shame, it was a good app once upon a time. Instead of focusing on AI integration, try to get the basics right team!
The app was really good, but after the update a lot of simple things are not working properly. Sometimes it takes a lot of time to add one expense, because after you add it doesn’t count. Sometimes after you input a certain number of times it goes once, sometimes it goes a thousand of times. Crazy Same for delete or modify one transaction. You try to change it or delete and nothing happens.

If it aint broke - dont try to fix it. Honestly the app was perfectly fine before this major overhaul of an update that appeared a few weeks ago. It take allot of discipline to track all your spending in a routine manner and after years of routine this app has become totally unrecognisable. And for what ? A UI overhaul honestly adds no extra value except to say its new. And a silly AI button to jump on the Ai bandwagon. Who needs an Ai on a budget tracker? Honestly. Complete miss-fire with this update Wally people. I imagine you will see allot of loyal users jumping ship pretty soon.
Ive been using the app for quiet some time. It seems to be going downhill. The interface that comes with every update is more gimmicky than the one before it. The most recent update has several functions that aren't working. Clearly the updates are not being rigorously tested before implementation. I am very disappointed.
I really like this app, it’s absolutely perfect for seeing what is happening with your finances day to day…. HOWEVER, the app UI really doesn’t make this easy. It has so much great but hidden usability that you have to pain stakingly find (thank you to Wally AI which atleast helps.. but comes with its own issues). For example, when trying to add a new business to make transactions easier to tag, no matter how many times I try for these transactions it never adds the new business entry!! Another, when using the search tab in the transactions section, every time you go into a transaction and then back to the previous page your search is now back to all transactions and you have to search again. On to WallyAI - this could be absolutely game changing but what I’ve noticed is when I’m asking it how to do things on the app the description rarely matches what I am seeing. I understand that there will be some discrepancies but it’s on every question I have. It tells me to click a “+” button to add something but that button does not exist on my UI. So this is really for the team to read, you are on to something great but these issues are really ruining your product. I am determined to make it work for me because I need it but honestly no normal person will or even need to invest as much time as I am. What scares me the most is that when updates happen I’ve read reviews that all this information I’m adding may get wiped. That to me is a relationship killer. Please team READ your reviews and action them. Your product is in the public and someone will eventually do it better if you do not improve these things quickly.
I really loved the app but their costumers service is worse. Initially when I link my bank account, all the transactions are updated and reflected correctly. After linking the account, the transactions are not updating in the app and its shows my daily spending zero. I have contacted the help desk many times but they couldn’t resolve the problem.
All the manual transactions recorded over the year have just disappeared after the update. Is there a fix?
