Webex

The app works well, but when a message gets read, the count of notifications on the app icon won’t get removed. So it keeps increasing and make the number misleading - useless. It’s hard to know if I have an unread message or not.

And I had to install Webex Meeting app. Thank God for Teams!

Each notification comes with the "Siri found John Smith in "Webex". Would you like to update the contact?" appendix, which is really annoying and doesn't do anything when I update the contact. Next time it's there again.

Hi,the latest version 41.11.2 is too slow when want to join meeting. Too long time waiting to connect and when I loose patience waiting to connect after 2 min then disconnecting is never finishing so need to close app. Pls help to fix it quickly on mobile devices, the same is on iphone and ipad.

I use Webex for few years. I love it and like the innovations and new features which come over time. Great audio quality, noise cancelation and user experience on and off the meetings.

Po přechodu na iOS 14 se aplikace seká v případě kdy někdo sdílí obrazovku. Nepoužitelné. Pokud jde jen zvuk tak ok, ale dříve fungovala i ta obrzovka.

I’ve never struggled that much with a messaging platform. It’s not only the instability but also the fact it just doesn’t let you do what you want. I miss temporary group chats, channels overviews, quick emoji reactions under messages etc. Several times I found myself on giving up of sending something small and quick via Webex and ended up using email instead.

Can you add channel feature just like the one on MS Teams or Slack. From user perspective, this app is too simple. Tomas

Unstable, crashes at any time. Takes 20 seconds to sync and display new posts in the channels.

Whenever I put someone on hold and then resume the call I can never hear them I submitted multiple tickets for this issue please fix
